We have an international standard manufacturing facility of over 1,00,000 sq.ft area in our sister concern company (Amit Engineering Company).

Manufacturing infrastructure based in Lucknow Uttar Pradesh is spread over 80,000 sq. ft. of area equipped with state-of-the-art technology & tools for precision workmanship. It is one of the best facilities in the country that can be held up to any global standard.
This is divided in three units, which houses
fabrication, paint-shop and assembly. All shop floors are laid out as per flow manufacturing and TQM requirements to minimize non-essential movement of man and material. We are now consciously making our shop floors digital and smart to eliminate paper
and communicate through web enabled technologies.
World-class automated & conveyorized camelback powder coating plant spread over 10,000 sq. feet with 11 spray tanks for Pre-treatment of Steel. Online temperature monitoring of degreasing, phosphating & passivation tanks independent paint booth with GEMA Switzerland electrostatic guns for powder coating heavy-duty drying and painting ovens that bake the powder at a consistent quality painting.
